My rectangular bottomed fully lined Apothecary tote bags are are simple in style and very strong with double stitched hems and reinforced strap stitching which makes them great to use as a shopping bag, book bag, craft project bag or everyday bag.

They come in two sizes depending on your carrying needs, with the largest size big enough to fit a laptop. Both sizes fit A4 books with ease and are handmade using my Apothecary fabric which was inspired by a multitude of different potions and different shape bottles. The potion ideas I had when drawing were health, mana, possibly potions of speed and darkness but you are welcome to take a guess at what they could be. This design would be great for an Apothecary, Artificer, Alchemist or potion making Character.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

My tote bags are handmade from printed canvas, which is strong and hard wearing, and pulled together with a contrasting polycotton top rim, two 38mm cotton webbing straps that are reinforced with stitching to the top of the bag as well as inside the seams and fully lined with contrasting polycotton.

Both size bags come with a faux leather bottom which gives an edge of water resistance.

Fully washable (see below) they are printed onto thick and strong OEKO-TEX 100 certified polyester canvas here in the UK using OEKO-TEX Eco Passport certified ink meaning that they have been tested to make sure they do not contain harmful substances.

These bags are made in small batches so are limited in number, check my socials for updates.

SPECIFICS:

SIZE GUIDE: All sizes are approximate;

Small - approx. H32 x W24 x D7cm, with 38mm straps that are 62cm long.

Large – approx. H42 x W32 x D12cm, with 38mm straps that are 72cm long.

MATERIALS: My tote bags are handmade with love using quality materials and cutting patterns that help save fabric offcuts. ****

Outer - polyester canvas, faux leather, cotton straps and polycotton.

Inner - polycotton.

WASHABLE: My tote bags are washable at 30 degrees or lower on a delicate cycle or hand wash with mild detergent. Hang to dry and reshape whilst damp. For best results and to keep the pattern fresh hand wash.

Do not dry clean, do not iron, do not tumble dry.
