Shipping policy

Orders are processed 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, any orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be processed first thing Monday morning. 

The majority of my items are held in stock and will be dispatched within 1-3 days depending on the time of year, please order earlier during the run up to Christmas.

MUGS: Are print filled from a print partner and will be ordered on the day of purchase. They take roughly 1-3 business days before dispatch, depending on the time of year.

PLEASE NOTE: Mugs will be shipped separately from other items in an order and will have there own tracking number.

If there is any delay I will inform you immediately.

DELIVERY

I currently only ship to the UK and shipping is applied at checkout. 

Shipping prices vary based on amount in the order and postage method chosen at checkout, prices starting at £1.85 Royal Mail 2nd Class for smaller items. 

Orders are posted, in a suitable eco-friendly mailing bag or box that can be recycled, reused or added to the compost bin, to insure safe delivery and with enough insurance coverage if anything happens to the items in transit.

Mugs are always sent 1st class tracked for Free.
